“Had Cody come out to evaluate our roof last year. He was awesome and patched us up so we could make it another year before the big overhaul. Fast-forward to about a month ago. The Best Coast crew tore off our old, worn roof and replaced it with an amazing 30-year shingle roof that makes my house look like a castle. They were so respectful, clean, prompt and efficient. My roof is a two-story pitchy beast, so anyone who climbs up there to work is a ninja to me. They stuck to their more-than-fair estimate (no surprise costs at all), and overall I could not recommend this company more. “...had a roofcap segment blow off in a high wind. Called the roofing company we've used in the past. No reply. Looking for a company that would come out I picked Best Coast Roofing out of the blue. Code 1) called me back immediately to find out the issue, 2) agreed to come out and look at it the next day (when rain was forecast) AND then said he would protect the missing roofcap area from rain and come out the next day (Saturday!) to repair it. He not only did so, but he also checked and made sure the rest of the roofcap was ok. Great experience, great company on the up...we will be using Best Coast Roofing for any future needs...”

“I live in a heavily wooded area and have an enormous amount of leaves, needles and debris from many surrounding trees. I wanted to get the roof cleaned going into winter. I contacted several roof services. Most said they don’t work on shake roofs; others said the “cleaning” they do amounts to blowing off the roof, nothing more. I contacted Cody Garrett with Best Coast Roofing and pitch my dilemma: I wanted the roof really cleaned to prevent moss and lengthen the life of the roof. This would include getting all of the debris that had collected in the keyways between the shakes. He was the only person I had contact with who was willing to do that. Cody not only scraped the keyways with a screwdriver, he nailed down some loose shakes and replaced a few damaged ones. The amount of debris he blew off the roof was enormous. I would highly recommend Best Coast Roofing for cedar roof work and will be in contact again with Cody the next time I need roof repair or care.”

“I had a small leak and was sure that reroofing with about 300 sqft of asphalt shingles would fix it. There were brackets from a patio cover on the roof, which made the job a bit more difficult. The first contractor said the job was too small and he did not want to mess with it. The second looked, took photos and said he would get back to me. I never heard from him. The third seemed ok and said he would have to check with his boss. I never heard from him. The fourth promised to be here at noon but did not show up. The last was Cody. He was enthusiastic, thorough and informative regarding my problem. The job was too small for a large roofing truck to put the shingles on my roof so Cody brought them in his pickup truck and carried each bundle up a ladder to my roof. He removed the first layer of shingles so that the new would match, rather than just going over the originals. He did a great job and my leak is gone. First class job and great attitude. “Loving my new roof!! Cody came out and gave me a bid with no pressure a month before I pulled the trigger. After meeting with 8 contractors in total his price was right and while the other contractors were nice, I really enjoyed speaking with him the most. He really takes care to make sure everything is done right and explain any questions we had. His crew was awesome, and they did a magnificent job cleaning up after tear off of the old roof. We have a daughter that likes to run around barefoot outside so that was really important. I also had my deck cover roofed at the same time and the wood sheeting on top was exposed and the rain was coming. Cody came over and hopped up on top and tarped the whole thing for me a few weeks before we had the roof scheduled to be done, which really saved the day! I really felt like he cared about me and my project!”
